1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any credit purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that none of the purchased credits have been used. Once you have used any credits from a purchase pack, that purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Non-refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Credit packs that have been partially or fully used
Subscription fees after the billing cycle has started
Credits that were granted as part of a promotional offer or free trial

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nobodymodels.ai with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
